I know that doesn’t make sense but just trust me I usually travel to America once every year to go skiing with my family I am an only child as I have no siblings. I love Nike and Adidas wear. Due to the friends I have or the people I hang out with I feel like I’m socially pressured to buy expensive stuff to wear. (I recently just got NMD’s R2) I want to become a lawyer when I grow up. My favourite car that is a moderate price would definitely be the BMW X6 or the Tesla Model X. I want one of them when I’m older badly I have two living grandparents left :( I’m sitting in bed while typing this. I have a list of chores that I’m procrastinating while typing this I’m seeing my girlfriend in 4 hours about and I still have to get my chores done I’m a straight 80’s or 90’s student except when it comes to art. Now that I’m going to high school I worry if I was prepared enough Since I’m the only child I do all the chores in the house I’m a compulsive liar ;) Just kidding just kidding I’m lying that I’m a liar (Paradox alert) Incoming brain damage
It. Depends. On. The. Car. Everyone on Quora needs to stop asking questions like this without including what type of car they're asking about. Every car has a different residual and money factor, which are used to calculate lease payments. That said, it's USUALLY best to lease a car for three years. Not two. Not four. Not two, and then two more.
I am a 32 years old Indian immigrant now living in London. I am one of those IT consultants, you hear about on a daily basis. I make just over £190K a year with up to 40% bonus which is roughly £80K a year. After tax I get around £9K a month in addition to my bonus. My mortgage is £2800 a month. A flat in Marylebone (Zone one). I drive a BMW X6 which is Parked up most of the time. Council tax and bills adds up to £500 a month. Public transport with occasional taxi costs around £300 a month. I pay about £15 a day on lunch and coffee at work. I eat out a lot and spend over £750 a month. I pay my mother back home £1000 a month to live her life as a queen. I travel a lot mostly in Europe and outside of Europe. The rest goes to savings and various investments. Now here is the thing. I could easily live an ordinary life for just under £2K a month and build a palace back home. But I come from a poor family back home. My father was a rickshaw driver. He worked all his life to give me a good education. We lived in a small house in one of the poorest areas in Chennai and struggled most our lives. I never had travelled abroad before coming to the UK. Never even had a passport. My education was the ticket out of poverty. I had one set of clothes during my time at university. My mother pawned our house for just £350 and paid me during my trip to the UK to study a postgraduate scholarship I had earned. Throughout my time at university I worked 40 hours a week distributing leaflets and long hours in supermarkets to look after my family. My dad shortly fell ill and I paid for his heart surgery. He passed away regardless before seeing all the success I enjoy today. Now am I happy? I am afraid not. I miss my dear mum everyday. I went through a break up with my childhood sweetheart who I loved with all my heart. She was forcefully married off someone else just because my dad was a rickshaw driver and we lived in a shack. Today I can buy her and everything all her family makes and owns with just one month salary. But I never recovered. I have insecurities when it comes to women from back home. I distanced my self from everything I was a part of, and cherished all my self to get over the sadness. Today I hardly participate in any family events. I don’t mingle with Indian friends. Not because I don’t like them, but because of all what I went through growing up in India and how I was treated due to poverty. Today life goes on with a sip of one fine Moroccan whisky at a time. EDIT - Thank you all for your kind words and encouragements. As usual, some of you have raised a few questions and let me try and clear this in the best possible way while staying anonymous. 01. My job title - “Senior Director, M&A - IT” I am not sure why many can’t believe my salary. Is it because of my humble upbringing? If so, you're the type of people I am running away from. As you probably know, immigration in the UK is not an easy process. I am doing everything I can to bring her over here. She spends at least 4–5 months a year with me here in London. We have also travelled together to many countries. 05. As for the financial security, If something were to happen to me, my mum would get a decent pay off of my life Insurance and everything I currently own. She is covered. Trust me; I love her! 06. I did not say; I am still in love with my ex. I am sorry If it sounded like a Bollywood movie. I have moved on. I am what I am today because of who I was back in India. Love was just one chapter. Why have I not married yet? Because I don’t believe in arranged marriages. Besides, I have lost faith in love and marriages. here is a movie line for you “Emotionally unavailable.” 07. How did I get to this position? I am a workaholic. I am not an intelligent person. I make up to it by working hard. You know how much money I make. You don't know how hard I work to make that money. There is no get rich quick schemes that I know. I can easily clock in 70–80 a week. That doesn't even count occasional weekends. 08. BMW X6- Yes I Should get rid of it. However, you see I have no children. This is me splashing the cash to keep my head sane.
Their X series of cars are all considered crossovers, and currently their largest vehicle is the X5 or X6, but I don't think it's considered a full size SUV. For 2018, they are coming out with an X7, which will definitely be in the full size SUV range. I think this is more of a question for google, though, rather than quora. Just google “BMW SUV” or go onto their website and look at their crossover section.
For a disreputable Q / P / P loser who has deluged this website with ,nearly a thousand, insipid, execrable, manufactured questions to collect money, there is only one answer: AN X4 IS TWO X’S LOWER THAN AN X6 Please use Quora bandwidth wisely, and only for questions that are sincere and not ,plainly answered by taking a look at any BMW model website,.
Then Google should have sued Bing. You can copyright a product, a design, but not an idea. As long as they are distinguishable, and not infringe on one of the existing patents or ideas then it's a new thing. If the first company that comes up with an idea for something then no one can use it, we’d all be still using Mosaic to search the internet. Even 2 cars that look similar on the outside may have different engines and design on the inside. Just Google BMW X6 and Mercedes-AMG GLE 63 S. One of them should have sued the heck out of the other.

I’ve had 13 different BMWs. The most reliable was my 1987 635CSI 5 speed manual. Second place was my 2005 MZ4. These were both naturally aspirated inline 6 engines, the best that BMW offers. (aspirated I-6′s that is) But to answer your question, unfortunately, yes. Regardless of how well you over-maintain your BMW car (mostly after the year 2000) you will have several issues with them, especially the higher end models that are technology laden. Also, some V8 engines are just awful. BMW making bad engines? Say what Willis?? The N63 Twin Turbo 4.4l V8 is a wonder of modern technology, BUT: I’ll use this engine that started showing up in products in 2008 - as an example. BMW knows this engine is just a nightmare with several design flaws, that are very difficult and EXPENSIVE to diagnose and repair. Some of these BMW engines barely make it past the 62,000 mile (100,000 km) mark. Faulty injectors, faulty high pressure fuel pumps, resulting in a rod or even a piston shooting through the engine block. That is what happened to my 2009 BMW xDrive50i - Cost of repair? Ugh. My Former German Family: Bonus Picture:) Additionally, because of how hot the top of the engine is, the plastic PCV gets an extreme workout in the heat cycling category. This causes hoses to crack and break, and seals to shrink, causing oil leaks all over the place. The valve stem seals are another non-metal component on the top of the engine that are subjected to huge doses of turbo heat. Eventually they will start to leak, causing your high end BMW to smoke like the Marlboro Man after a few shots of whiskey. All in all, the internet has no shortage of people flooding forums looking for answers as to why their BMW is running poorly, and it goes without saying that’s a horrible feeling. A cursory Google search reveals multiple class action lawsuits Shortly after launch, BMW owners started complaining about problems ranging from abnormal oil consumption and rough idle, all the way up to complete failures. Enough N63B44O0 engines were coming into dealers with severe engine problems that BMW launched a preemptive fix campaign to help alleviate the risk of having to replace entire BMW N63 engines under warranty. Beware of the following models: 2008-2014 BMW E71 X6 xDrive50i, the 2009 - 2012 BMW F01/F02 750i or 720 Li, the 2010-2012 550i models (sedan, wagon or GT), the 2011-2012 E70 X5 xDrive50i and some early versions (built in 2012) of the F12/F13 650i models. In 2012, BMW released the same engine with a technical update, called N63B44O1. This one also makes more power, being rated at 450 HP and (480 lb-ft) of torque instead of 408 HP and (440 lb-ft) Do not buy a modern BMW without a huge-ass warranty!
